For the first time ever, you can access a variety of workout options, created by our team of expert coaches. With recovery, yoga, tempo runs, HIIT workouts, and more, instantly add variety to your programming when you want to shake things up or no longer have the necessary equipment.
How it works:
Go to the “Workouts” tab and tap the plus button in the top right corner.
Scroll through the curated options or filter by the duration, intensity-level, and equipment options.
You can also save workouts now. Add any workout to your Favorites by tapping the star icon at the start or end of your workout. Your Favorites will appear above Coach Picks.
